It is very important to make a video before opening the parcel.
1) After receiving your product parcel, to start recording the video with your name and address appearing on the parcel.
2) Then continue the video and open the parcel. (Do not use sharp tools like knife or scissors to open the parcel.)
3) Then continue the video and take out the product from the parcel and check it from all sides, if any defect is found then properly focus it in the video.
Note :
- The video should be completely continuous unpaused and uncut.
