- Start recording before opening the parcel. Make sure the shipping label showing your name and address is clearly visible.
- Continue recording without pausing while opening the parcel. Do not use sharp tools such as knives, scissors, or blades.
- Remove the product from the parcel and show it clearly from all sides. If you notice any damage or defect, focus on it clearly in the video.
Important Notes:
- The video must be one continuous, unedited recording with no cuts or pauses.
- Replacement or return for products that are damaged during transit or not working will be processed only if a valid parcel opening video is provided.
